Pretty In Pink Beauty Edit

Anyone who’s been around me lately knows that I’ve got a growing obsession for anything pink. You also might have noticed if you read my pink fashion edit, of which I ended up buying all but one of the pieces featured. Whoops! So, seeing as we’re well into Spring time, I decided to put together a little pink beauty edit of things I’ve been loving lately.

Chanel Coco Mademoiselle Eau de Parfum
For me, no-one does perfume like Chanel. I have really been getting back into Coco Mademoiselle lately, after a short fling with Viktor & Rolf’s Flowerbomb. I can’t describe it but it just smells like me. The fresh notes of orange and mandarin, with floral rose and jasmine and then a little sweetness with vanilla just makes the perfect balance for me. I find that I can wear this all year round and because it is Chanel it is expensive but you know you’re getting a quality fragrance that will last all day. I sometimes layer the Eau de Parfum with a Moisturising Body Mist to make the smell last longer and it means I end up using a lot less of the expensive stuff.

Bourjois Little Round Pot Blusher in Cendre De Roses Brune
Bourjois’s Little Round blushers are probably one of my favourite drugstore purchases. The compact design comes with a little brush and mirror inside the lid which makes it perfect for taking around day to day. I think the blush itself comes in so many great colours and is really buildable. So although Cendre De Roses Brune looks pretty pink, I tend to just brush it on gently for a more natural rosy look.

Essie Eternal Optimist Nail Polish
A good nude colour is my go to at the moment when it comes to nail polish. So when I saw this shade from Essie I was instantly sold. It’s the perfect mix of a nude with a touch of pink I would say. Which makes it super easy to wear and hardly noticeable when it starts to chip.  It even suits my pale skin! When I wear this shade with my pink Gazelle’s and Kanken rucksack, it is colour coordination at it’s finest!

Chanel Rouge Coco Ultra Hydrating Lip Colour in Adrienne
Back to Chanel. You’ll know all about this one if you read my Let’s Talk About Lipstick post. My love for Adrienne came from The Anna Edit and every other blogger that’s written about it. I’m sorry to add to the hype, but it is glorious. The right mix of pink and beige just like the Essie nail polish, you can’t go wrong with this one!
